If you receive a K-pop item that is either damaged or is missing an inclusion, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents as soon as you receive it. The video should begin with the unboxing of an Amuse Ground package and must show the items without any edits or cuts. Without this proof of condition, we will not be able to process your request.
