As Hwang Hyunjin said, this is a "Tsch, hairband."
Wide, comfortable band with lots of stretch. The only down side (if there is one) is that the little front piece that's meant to be a bow isn't stitched down. It's just slipped into a loop of fabric to make it seem like a bow--so if you aren't careful, you can pull that piece right out. But a quick stitch or two would solve that if it bothers you. Overall, it's exactly what it says it is, and does what it's supposed to do!
