Photocard Trading Guidelines

You can only trade up to 3 photocards per week.
- Red Sticker: Member-to-member only (e.g., aespa Karina for Karina).
- Yellow Sticker: Same group members only (e.g., aespa Karina for any aespa member).
- Open Trade Photocards: Any photocard can be traded as long as:
- It’s boy group to boy group.
- It’s girl group to girl group.
- Only random album selfie cards are accepted.
- Set photocards are not eligible for trading.
- We do not take any unit cards.

Create an email with the following details:
- Your order number.
- Whether you need stamped mail or in-store pick-up (mention your preferred location).
- Attach a video of your card with your order number clearly visible.
Send the email to: information@amuseground.com
Stamped Mail:
- Cards will be sent only after we’ve received yours.
- Choose "local pickup" at checkout to waive shipping fees for trade-only orders.
- Once received, we’ll confirm your address and mail your card.
In-store Pick-up:
- Select your preferred Artbox location.
- Bring your card (sleeved and in a toploader) and order number for verification and trade completion.
- Submission emails must be sent within 3 days. If we do not receive an email within this time, the trade will be automatically cancelled.
- Customers can make up to 3 trades per week. Any additional trades beyond the initial 3 will be cancelled immediately.
- Ensure your trade order includes only trading photocards. Do not combine it with any other purchased items.
- Any submissions that fail to follow the rules will be cancelled immediately.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail; combining multiple trades in one order is recommended for safe delivery.
