Panax Ginseng Root Water at 63% replaces water as the solvent — so 63% of the formula is actively beneficial ginseng extract rather than neutral H₂O. Ginseng's ginsenosides have antioxidant properties comparable to Vitamin C, support collagen and elastin production, and improve microcirculation to deliver a healthy radiance that goes beyond superficial brightness. Panax Ginseng Root Extract appears again near the end of the INCI, providing additional concentrated active.
