The Centellian24 Madeca Azelaic Acid 10+ Calming Serum is a multi-active acne and redness serum that solves a problem most acne treatments create: the more aggressively they clear skin, the more they irritate and dry it. This formula runs four active systems simultaneously — an exfoliating acid blend, azelaic acid, an oil-control and barrier-repair complex, and a rapid-calming botanical layer — each balanced so that the overall formula remains gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin.

Azelaic Acid at 10% (the third ingredient — meaningfully high) is the star: it kills P. acnes bacteria, reduces the inflammatory response that makes breakouts red and painful, and fades post-inflammatory pigmentation (the dark marks left after spots heal) all without photosensitising the skin. Succinic Acid adds sebum regulation and additional antibacterial activity. BHA (Salicylic Acid) clears inside pores. Gluconolactone (PHA) exfoliates the surface gently. Lactic and Phytic Acids refine and brighten.

The patented Teca-AC™ complex makes this different from standard azelaic acid serums: Zinc PCA controls oil without stripping, TECA Centella repairs the barrier, and Pantothenic Acid soothes and moisturises — so the serum doesn't leave skin dry or sensitised. 4-Terpineol (concentrated tea tree active) and the 5-CICA Complex provide fast anti-inflammatory action. Niacinamide brightens and balances. Allantoin, Panthenol, and Beta-Glucan protect the barrier. Adenosine adds anti-ageing support.

1. 01After cleansing and toner, apply before moisturiser as the serum step.
2. 02Apply a small amount and spread evenly over face. Gently pat to absorb — do not rub.
3. 03AM and PM use. Always follow with SPF in the morning — BHA and acids increase photosensitivity.
